Dolls House
A house that was once a primary school and later transformed into the Dolls’ House, where Janeca used to play with her cousins. And because the story doesn’t end there, here is the most picturesque and cozy apartment on the estate.
Mountain Apartment
Overlooking the entrance of the estate with a privileged view of the mountains, this apartment boasts by far the best view of the Quinta. Here, nature, light, and serenity converge, making it the finest apartment on the estate.
Wine Press House
Built upon the old Olive Oil Press, the eagles and resident songbirds claim that this spot offers the best view of the Quinta. It’s so true that here, mirrors are windows, making this the finest house on the estate.

Aunt Teresa is the matriarch. As the eldest sister, she is the one who brings the whole family together. A woman of great faith, her room overlooks the chapel, making it undoubtedly the best room in the house.
Aunt Miluxa’s Room
Aunt Miluxa is the youngest sister. As a doctor, the entire family turns to her for health advice. Miluxa is also the most spoiled sister, which is why she has the sunniest room in the Big House, facing the tank. This is the best room in the house.
Janeca’s Room
Janeca is the girl of the house. Her 2-bed room is the children’s room, right in the heart of the Big House, where the magic of children takes place. The whole family likes to pass by to say good morning or wish good night, which is why this is the best room in the house.
